Danielle loves to spend time visiting with clients and getting to know their stories. She can bring their stories and emotions to life in the designs that she creates. Welcome to Flowers by Zach-Low where, "All who enter as strangers, leave as friends". My name is Davonna and I would like to introduce you to our team and tell you our story. Thank you for giving our team at Flowers by Zach-Low the opportunity to service your floral needs and become your friends.Joe and Katy Lowry opened Flowers by Zach-Low in 1991 and founded our family owned flower shop. Katy provided great buying skills and fantastic customer service, while Joe provided the business knowledge and kept a great handle on the office procedures. Joe also knew the city like the back of his hand and was our first delivery man providing a smile and kind word with every floral delivery. Joe and Katy working with their kids and watching all of their grandchildren grow up in the flower business was one of their greatest joys.
Son and daughter-in-law to Joe and Katy, Joe Dan and I have worked in the flower shop since the beginning. Flower shops are not all roses and daisies, with the fun of designing also comes the dirty work. From staying up long hours creating beautiful dozens of roses at Valentine's Day to washing flower buckets and cleaning bathrooms, we did it together. Joe Dan and I now own the flower shop and continue to work with the next generation. Katy and I worked in the flower shop while Joe and Joe Dan helped out when they had time. Working full-time and then helping us girls out when possible made them our knights in shining armor.

Our son Jacob brings fun and laughter to the shop daily. His first experience in the flower shop was when he was just five weeks old. Swinging in the baby swing while I arranged roses was how his first Valentine's Day went down in history. He has grown into our emergency go to guy. When there is a last minute delivery, Jacob is your man. Jacob can clean roses like nobody's business. During those long nights at busy holidays Jacob is always right there pushing through with everyone else. Jacob doesn't have an official title at the flower shop, but he's a jack of all trades and I would choose him at my side any day.
The rest of our team is family by choice. We love having them around and helping us to bring smiles to your homes and offices. A professional and reliable team is essential in running a business. During the holidays we have a fantastic crew that comes in and fits right into our groove.

Are you open for walk-in and in-store shopping?
We are not set up for walk-in. We use our entire space as our design studio and cooler storage, and all bouquets are made to order, so there are no bouquets ready to walk out the door. If you would like to order ahead for pick up, we are happy to have those ready for you when you get here.
Can we come into the shop to meet with a designer about flowers for a funeral?
Absolutely! We are not open for walk-in, but if you would like to call and schedule an appointment, one of our designers will be available at that time to meet with you and your family to customize beautiful arrangements that will honor your loved one.
Do you offer same-day flower delivery in Albuquerque?
Most of our deliveries are set up for next day, but if you call the shop we may be able to get a same day delivery out for you! 505-247-8650
How much does flower delivery cost in Albuquerque?
Delivery fees vary depending on the location and distance. At checkout, you’ll see the exact cost for your area. They range from $11-$16 for Albuquerque, $18-$25 for Rio Rancho, Corrales, and Bernalillo.
Can I order online or by phone?
Yes! You can order online anytime at flowersbyzl.com or by phone at (505) 247-8650 during our business hours (Mon-Fri 9:00 AM-4:00 PM, Sat-Sun Closed).
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link, bank account payments, and Afterpay at our online checkout. For in-store or phone orders, we take cards, House Accounts, cash, and checks.
Can I request certain flowers or colors?
Of course! You can let us know your preferred flowers or color palette. While some blooms may be seasonal or limited, we’ll do our best to create an arrangement that reflects your vision. You are welcome to call the shop and speak to one of our designers before placing your order.
What happens if the recipient isn’t home?
If the recipient isn’t available, our driver will call the recipient and coordinate with them whether to leave the flowers in a safe spot or, if needed, arrange a re-delivery at a later time.
Do you deliver flowers to hospitals, offices, or event venues in Albuquerque?
Yes, we deliver to homes, hospitals, businesses, and venues across Albuquerque. Please provide the name of the business/venue and the full address and any delivery notes during checkout.
Can I include add-ons with my bouquet or arrangement?
Absolutely! We offer a variety of flower delivery add-ons to personalize your arrangement such as small gifts or keepsakes. You’ll see available add-ons on each product page and again at checkout.
