Substitution Policy
We strive to design every arrangement as pictured using the freshest flowers available. Due to seasonality, weather, and market availability, occasional substitutions of flowers or containers may be necessary.
When substitutions occur, we carefully maintain the overall look, color palette, style, and sentiment of your arrangement. Any replacement blooms or design elements will always be of equal or greater value.
Our goal is to deliver beautiful, high-quality custom floral arrangements while preserving the spirit of the design you selected.
If specific flowers, colors, or features are important to your order, please include notes at checkout or contact us to confirm availability before ordering.
Delivery Policy
At Flowers by Zach-low, every arrangement is handcrafted to order and delivered with care throughout Albuquerque, Rio Rancho, Corrales, and surrounding areas. Because our flowers are custom-made rather than mass-produced, we ask customers to review our delivery policies before placing an order.
Delivery Areas & Fees
We proudly offer flower delivery throughout Albuquerque and Rio Rancho. Delivery fees vary by distance and location and typically range from $11–$25.
Additional delivery surcharges apply to some outlying areas, including portions of Rio Rancho and Corrales, where extended-distance delivery fees may apply.
There is no minimum purchase requirement for delivery orders.
Delivery Schedule
Standard delivery hours are:
Monday–Friday: 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Flowers by Zach-low specializes in next-day flower delivery and advance ordering to ensure every arrangement receives the attention and design quality it deserves.
Customers may request morning or afternoon delivery windows, but we cannot guarantee exact delivery times except in special circumstances such as funeral services.
Holiday Deliveries
During high-volume floral holidays, including Mother’s Day and Valentine’s Day, delivery schedules expand and may begin as early as 8:00 a.m. and continue until 6:00 p.m., including Saturday deliveries when applicable.
To maintain quality and service standards, we may stop accepting orders once delivery capacity has been reached.
Holiday delivery windows may be longer than normal business periods.
Funeral & Service Deliveries
We regularly deliver to funeral homes, churches, cemeteries, and memorial services throughout Albuquerque and surrounding communities.
Funeral deliveries are coordinated directly with the receiving facility and delivered according to the service time requested by the funeral home.
If flowers cannot be accepted, we will contact the sender and offer one complimentary redelivery. Family arrangements may be redirected to the family residence when appropriate.
Hospital, School, Hotel & Business Deliveries
We deliver to hospitals, nursing homes, schools, hotels, offices, and businesses.
Please note that some facilities restrict deliveries, visiting hours, or patient access. If delivery cannot be completed due to facility policies, recipient discharge, or unavailable staff, we will contact the sender to arrange an alternate address.
One complimentary redelivery attempt will be offered.
Recipient Unavailable at Time of Delivery
If the recipient is unavailable:
Flowers may be left in a safe location when weather conditions allow.
We generally do not leave flowers outdoors during extreme heat, freezing temperatures, storms, or unsafe conditions.
A phone call or door tag may be left.
One additional delivery attempt will be offered at no extra charge.
After the complimentary redelivery attempt, arrangements may require pickup or additional delivery fees.
Customers are encouraged to provide an accurate recipient phone number during checkout to help prevent delays.
Incorrect Addresses & Delivery Issues
If incorrect information is provided, including:
Wrong address
Missing apartment or suite number
Gated access without code
Outdated address information
We will attempt to contact the recipient or sender to resolve the issue.
One redelivery attempt will be offered at no additional charge. Additional delivery attempts beyond that may incur new delivery fees.
Drivers may wait up to 5 minutes for gate access, communication, or instructions before continuing their route.
Severe Weather & Unexpected Delays
Severe weather in New Mexico is uncommon but may occasionally delay delivery.
When weather or unsafe road conditions prevent successful delivery, customers will be contacted and arrangements will typically be rescheduled for the next available business day.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Address changes are best submitted at least one business day before delivery, though we will do our best to accommodate updates with several hours’ notice.
Order cancellations require 24 hours notice.
Due to the custom nature of funeral and sympathy designs, funeral orders are non-refundable once production has begun.
Freshness Guarantee & Concerns
We stand behind the quality of our flowers.
If an arrangement experiences significant freshness issues within 24 hours of delivery, please contact us promptly with photos so we can evaluate the situation.
Our preferred solution is replacement first, followed by additional resolutions as appropriate.
Refunds, replacements, and adjustments are handled on a case-by-case basis to ensure fair outcomes for both customers and our shop.

Refund Policy
Refund & Satisfaction Policy
At Flowers by Zach-low, every arrangement is custom-made using fresh flowers. Because flowers are natural and perishable, variations in color, bloom stage, and appearance are normal and may vary from photos.
If there is a concern with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Our preferred resolution is replacement first, though refunds, credits, and replacements are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Quality concerns may include:
Wilted flowers upon arrival
Flowers that die within 24 hours
Broken containers upon delivery
Flowers and containers must still be in the recipient’s possession when contacting us.
Once flowers have been successfully delivered to the correct address, we are generally not responsible for theft, weather damage, or conditions that occur after delivery, though we may offer assistance on a case-by-case basis.
Holiday delivery times, including Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day, are estimates only and delays during high-volume periods do not automatically qualify for refunds.
Custom and funeral orders may not be eligible for cancellation or refund once production has begun.
Approved refunds are issued only to the original payment method.
