I do not live in Albuquerque and order online for friends and family birthdays and holidays. I can depend on Zac-Low to deliver on time and fresh flowers. I have been a customer for a few years and never had a problem with delivery or arrangements. The arrangements always look like the pictures online and I appreciate that very much. I had been disappointed in the past with a few florists before I found Zac-Low.

Ordering was easy, I received a text when the order was out for delivery, and I could even watch the map while the vehicle moved. Mom was thrilled with the flowers! Great arrangement!

First, and most important, my Mom loved her birthday flowers. I'm really impressed by a number of things. While shopping, I found the quality and creativity of the designs available to be impressive, as was the price point for the designs. Delivery was efficient and I liked the clear communication on when the delivery would happen, as well as the follow through with delivery as exactly stated in that tracking. The picture sent to me of the exact arrangement I ordered was great, what a lovely touch. I highly recommend this business. Truly a great local and independent florist. I'd give them more stars if I could.

Five stars isn't enough! I ordered from overseas, and the customer service was absolutely outstanding. They are incredibly accommodating, professional, and ensured a beautiful, high-quality arrangement was delivered perfectly on time. A wonderful business to work with.
